Presales Manager 資安售前顧問 (APAC), Cymetrics at OneDegree

Cymetrics is seeking a Presales Manager to serve as a key technical advisor and solution architect, bridging the gap between the sales team and clients. The Presales Manager will collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, design tailored cybersecurity solutions, and deliver technical presentations and workshops.

The role involves addressing client inquiries and technical concerns, developing comprehensive technical proposals, conducting security assessments, and ensuring solutions align with industry standards.

The Presales Manager will also work with product, R&D, and technical teams to stay updated and provide feedback, and share cybersecurity expertise within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to prospective clients.
• Address client inquiries and technical concerns, serving as the primary point of contact for solution-related discussions.
• Develop comprehensive technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
• Conduct security assessments and gap analyses to identify client vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with industry standards, best practices, and client requirements.
• Work closely with product, R&D, and technical teams to stay updated on the latest offerings and technologies.
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance product features and offerings.
• Share cybersecurity expertise and insights with colleagues to strengthen team knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity-related roles, including presales, consulting, or technical implementation.
• Professional certifications are mandatory, such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or certifications related to information security management, such as CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and solutions (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or other languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing tools is a plus.
