Project Manager, Cymetrics at OneDegree

Cymetrics is seeking a Project Manager to empower customers by leading them to success with cybersecurity solutions. This role also involves being an advocate for the customers by helping to shape the product roadmap and future development.

The Project Manager manages projects end-to-end and coordinates cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the sales process and continued efforts to support, grow, and retain customers.
• Managing strategic Cymetrics implementation projects.
• Addressing escalated client issues.
• Optimizing the service delivery process.
• Expanding revenue through new sales and up-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years experience in project management.
• 2+ years experience in cybersecurity or IT related industries.
• Experience with leading teams.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
