Product Manager, B2B Tech at OneDegree

OneDegree is seeking an experienced and competitive Product Manager to drive, develop, and manage product development within their business unit. Initially focused on the Cybersecurity SaaS product, Cymetrics, the scope may expand to include IXT (B2B Insurtech) and Vulcan (AI Security Validation). He/she will be responsible for conducting marketing and competitor research, managing the product roadmap and backlog, and working with UX/UI designers to develop user stories, mockups, and prototypes. The Product Manager will also lead and facilitate scrum meetings, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to nurturing a user-centric and product-lead company culture.Responsibilities:

• Conduct marketing and competitor research.
• Manage product roadmap and backlog.
• Work with UX/UI designers to develop user stories, mockups and prototypes
• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans.
• Participate in product learning and innovation sessions.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Highly independent, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and industries.
• Familiar with agile software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with proficiency in English as a plus.
