The company is seeking a Backend Engineer with Golang experience to join their team in Taipei, Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems for B2C insurance products. They will also design and implement RESTful APIs and data schemas. The candidate will contribute to building distributed systems and microservices architecture, write tests, and improve code quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining backend systems using Golang for B2C insurance products.
- Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and data schemas.
- Contributing to building distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Writing tests and improving code quality and reliability.
- Driving quality standards, producing technical documentation, and conducting code reviews.
Requirements include:
- 3 to 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang and web frameworks.
- Experience with databases, caching systems, and message queues.
- Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and testing.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
