iOS App Developer (Contractor / Freelancer), Virtual Insurance at OneDegree

OneDegree is seeking a motivated and talented iOS developer to join their team as a contractor/freelancer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The iOS App Developer will collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to develop an iOS application for Apple devices, which will serve as an important reference for OneDegree’s future product strategies.Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creation of conceptual products.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers.
• Develop a proof of concept (POC) iOS application for Apple devices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Swift/Swift UI.
• Familiarity with the iOS app submission and publishing process, with at least one app launched on the App Store.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles specific to iOS platforms.
• Willingness to participate in the development of a Proof of Concept (POC) app for a new insurance service, and provide input for future product direction.
