OneDegree is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to manage HR operations, recruitment, and business partnering. The role supports a growing organization in the insurance and financial services landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to management.
  • Administer and execute routine admin tasks.
  • Act as the first level of contact for employees on HR matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Oversee monthly payroll reports.
  • Manage employee services from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Provide HR policy support and interpretation.
  • Participate in performance appraisals.
  • Involve in training and learning programs.
  • Support the Chief Executive and HR Manager on special projects.
  • Cooperate with the Taiwan office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
