OneDegree is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to manage HR operations, recruitment, and business partnering. The role supports a growing organization in the insurance and financial services landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to management.
- Administer and execute routine admin tasks.
- Act as the first level of contact for employees on HR matters.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Oversee monthly payroll reports.
- Manage employee services from onboarding to offboarding.
- Provide HR policy support and interpretation.
- Participate in performance appraisals.
- Involve in training and learning programs.
- Support the Chief Executive and HR Manager on special projects.
- Cooperate with the Taiwan office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
