OffSec is seeking a CyberSecurity Content Engineer to join their global team. The ideal candidate will blend cybersecurity expertise, hands-on lab development, and technical content creation to build engaging online courses and certifications. The candidate will work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with peers and colleagues.Role involves:

• Crafting cybersecurity instructional content.
• Designing and developing cybersecurity training environments and simulations.
• Leveraging deep cybersecurity knowledge to design realistic, real-world security challenges.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity, lab creation, and content development.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory attacks.
• Proficient in PowerShell, C# and Python.
• Experience bypassing security solutions like antivirus, application control, and EDR.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Familiarity with content development principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with teams across global, cross-functional environments.
