Offensive Security is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Content Engineer to join their global team. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep cybersecurity expertise, hands-on lab development proficiency, and advanced technical content creation skills to develop engaging, real-world online courses and certifications.As a senior team member, he/she will play a key role in shaping high-impact training content, leading complex projects, and mentoring junior content developers. He/She will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across content, infrastructure, and engineering to ensure seamless integration of hands-on labs and training material.Role involves:

• Leading the design and development of advanced cybersecurity learning content.
• Overseeing the development of complex cybersecurity training environments and simulations.
• Designing highly realistic, scenario-based security challenges.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity, VM creation, and content development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory attacks.
• Strong programming skills in PowerShell, C#, and Python.
• Proven experience in bypassing security solutions such as antivirus, application control, and EDR.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Advanced research and analytical skills.
• Significant understanding of content development principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
