OffSec is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in India. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring, expanding, and managing relationships with large enterprise customers across industries such as finance, technology, manufacturing, and government. This role requires a proactive, consultative salesperson with experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or workforce training solutions. The Enterprise Account Executive will work closely with enterprise customers and channel partners to build a strong market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan.
  • Meet and exceed ARR targets.
  • Drive new business development.
  • Lead complex sales cycles.
  • Position OffSec as a strategic partner.
  • Engage and leverage partners and channels.
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions.
  • 3+ years of selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling six-figure enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions.
  • Strong experience engaging with C-level executives and security leaders.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Partner & Channel Sales Experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
