OffSec is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in Japan. The role involves acquiring, expanding, and managing relationships with large enterprise customers across industries such as finance, technology, manufacturing, and government. This is a remote role based in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts in Japan.
- Own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation and discovery to closing six-figure enterprise deals.
- Meet and exceed ARR targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage with C-level executives, security leaders, and training departments to position OffSec as a strategic partner.
- Lead compelling product demonstrations, sales presentations, and executive briefings for enterprise customers.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and alliances to accelerate growth in the market.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and adoption.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal tracking in Salesforce.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, regulations, and workforce challenges in Japan to tailor solutions for customers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions.
- 3+ years of selling cybersecurity solutions in the Japanese market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience selling to large enterprises and government agencies, navigating complex procurement cycles.
- Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and security teams to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of solution selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by Design.
- Experience working with channel partners and resellers to expand market reach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
