OffSec, founded by the creators of Kali Linux, is seeking an Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive to focus on enterprise and strategic accounts in the UAE and Qatar. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing six-figure deals, and will engage with C-level executives to position OffSec as a key partner in cybersecurity workforce development.Role involves:
  • Developing and executing a territory strategy focused on enterprise and strategic accounts in UAE and Qatar.
  • Owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing six-figure deals and expanding key accounts.
  • Meeting and exceeding ARR targets while delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Engaging with C-level executives and security leaders.
  • Collaborating with partners, channels, and alliances.
  • Leading compelling product demonstrations, sales presentations, and executive briefings.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales forecast and ensuring strong pipeline management.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and fluent writing and speaking Arabic
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales selling B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in UAE and Qatar.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to sell to large enterprises and government agencies.
  • Experience closing six-figure enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions.
  • Expertise in solution selling methodologies.
  • Strong partner & channel sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
