OffSec is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to spearhead enterprise growth in Korea. This role focuses on cultivating and expanding relationships with major enterprises, government bodies, and key industry players. The ideal candidate will establish OffSec as the leading cybersecurity training provider in Korea.He/she duties and responsibilities includes:
  • Develop and implement a territory strategy to boost revenue growth in Korea's enterprise and public sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing large enterprise deals.
  • Achieve and surpass ARR targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with executives and security leaders to position OffSec as a key partner.
  • Work with government agencies to align solutions with compliance mandates.
  • Build relationships with partners and resellers to expand market reach.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and executive briefings to enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity trends in Korea to tailor solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training.
  • 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in Korea.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise and government accounts.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in solution selling methodologies.
  • Experience working with channel partners and system integrators.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent in Korean and business-level English.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
