SmartAsset is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale profitable direct-response ad campaigns across Programmatic and Native platforms. The ideal candidate will own ROI-positive outcomes, oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, and collaborate with internal teams and ad platform representatives.SmartAsset is an online destination for consumer-focused financial information and advice, whose mission is helping people make smart financial decisions.Responsibilities:

• Own programmatic and native campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Manage and scale media buys across various platforms.
• Drive experimentation across bidding strategies and audience segmentation.
• Leverage large data sets for performance analyses.
• Establish and refine forecasting models.
• Work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Optimize deal structures for premium placements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in ad tech.

Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on buying experience in programmatic and native advertising.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Technical fluency in ad tech and bidding strategies.
• Passion for consumer psychology.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
