Job Description
GumGum is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its Customer Success department. The Senior Account Manager will partner with Sales to service advertising agency partners and execute campaigns to meet client targets. This role ensures campaign performance exceeds expectations while building relationships with clients. The Account Manager helps manage all aspects of campaigns internally, working with Design, Advertising Operations, and Engineering teams.Role involves:
  • Leading GumGum’s renewal business.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Presenting campaign performance and updates.
  • Driving strategy for growth of key accounts.
  • Coordinating internal teams.
  • Leading as a Team Expert in our AM Core Curriculum.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Business or similar experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Advanced knowledge of advertising metrics.
  • Familiarity with Doubleclick, Sizmek, MOAT, and Salesforce.
