Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Head of Global Enterprise Growth Marketing to lead its B2B marketing efforts and reinvent growth. The Head of Global Enterprise Growth will report to the CMO and lead a team of Demand Generation experts. This role requires full-time on-site presence at Verkada's HQ in San Mateo, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team's ability to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets consistently as Verkada scales globally.
- Develop and execute high-impact ABM and volume-based strategies.
- Collaborate with and empower a high-performing Enterprise Sales team.
- Leverage AI and advanced marketing technologies to automate, optimize, and scale campaigns.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a team of world-class Growth Managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top institution.
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, mentoring, and enabling high performance pipeline generating teams.
- Experience launching multi-channel growth engines from 0 to 1 across multiple products.
- Hands-on experience leveraging marketing automation tools, AI tools, and other marketing technologies.
- Impeccable quantitative ability to analyze data.
- Experience fostering a culture of curiosity, resilience, creativity, and collaboration.
