Deloitte is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant to manage infrastructure operations and project management for a financial client. The consultant will focus on on-premise environments, managing network, server, storage, and virtualization technologies. This role involves vendor coordination and instruction, acting as a liaison between the client and the internal infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Infrastructure operations management for financial institution clients.
• Managing servers, networks, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Coordinating and providing instructions to vendors.
• Troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure.
• Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management and reporting to the client's department head.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of on-premise server, network, and storage environments.
• Experience in infrastructure operations, particularly in on-premise systems.
• Project management experience as a PM or SE.
• Strong communication skills for managing vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of security best practices is a plus.
