This role at Glance involves setting up and owning all accounting aspects. The Manager will help in developing policies, setting up scalable processes, and ensuring timely book closure and inventory management/accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and owning all accounting aspects.
• Developing policies and scalable processes.
• Ensuring timely book closure.
• Managing audits and supplier payouts.
• Reconciling payments and coordinating with internal teams.

Requirements:

• CA with 4-5 years of experience or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in the E-commerce industry is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of excel is a must.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
