Job Description

Glance, an InMobi Group Company, is seeking a skilled SDE III - Backend to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving complex issues at a system level and innovating new ways to tackle problems. They will work with cutting-edge technologies to disrupt consumer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Solving complex issues at a system/domain/vertical level.
• Handling resolution/escalations within their area of expertise.
• Using independent judgment in selecting alternative courses of action.
• Innovating new/unique ways to solve problems.

Requirements include:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent from a premier institute.
• 4-7 years of strong product development experience in building massively large-scale distributed internet systems and products.
• Excellent Java programming skills and expertise in multi-threading and performance-oriented programming.
• Strong computer fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with open-source software, frameworks, and cutting-edge technologies around server-side development in Java and Big Data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven performer and team player.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal guidance.
• Attention to detail.
• Excitement for challenges surrounding the development of highly scalable & distributed systems.
• Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.
