Senior Manager - Logistics and Operations

Job Description

Glance is seeking a Senior Manager - Logistics and Operations to lead its operations and supply chain function. The role involves managing key fulfillment/service level metrics, ensuring day-to-day operations, and managing team leads. The Senior Manager will also manage external stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all key fulfillment/service level metrics (order to delivery TAT, delivery %, cost/delivered)
• Ensuring day to day operations and managing Team leads and AMs across first mile, mid mile, last mile.
• Managing external stakeholders like logistics partners/vendors and customers.
• Working with stakeholders across product, customer service team, finance and data team.
• Participating in strategic & tactical planning discussions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Operations and Logistics in Ecommerce companies or D2C brands or 3PLs (worked in B2C/ ecommerce segment).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Multiple Stakeholder management and team management.
• Should have handled a team of 15-20 members in the past.
• 8-12 years of logistics and operations experience (preferred 5 years post MBA).
• Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputed Engineering College or B-School, with supply chain experience across major ecommerce/D2C brands/ 3PLs (MBA preferred)
• Warehousing experience be an added advantage but not must to have.
• Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.
