Dcard, a popular social media platform among young people, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Taipei. The company is expanding its services and markets and needs talented individuals to help build products loved by millions.

This role involves fostering client relationships and optimizing advertising performance. The Customer Success Manager will act as a bridge between Dcard's advertising platform and its clients, focusing on new client acquisition and nurturing existing relationships. They will collaborate with advertising agencies to enhance platform visibility, understand client advertising plans, and provide data-driven insights for campaign execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Representing Dcard's advertising platform and developing new client relationships.
  • Maintaining existing client relationships, assisting with platform operation, and optimizing ad performance.
  • Expanding and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies.
  • Understanding client advertising plans and providing data-driven insights.
  • Managing ad traffic and planning ad exposure, monitoring platform data regularly.
  • Communicating client needs to the product team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry/media agency.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and data skills.
  • Ability to develop sales proposals independently.
  • Strong EQ and ad sales experience.
  • High stress tolerance and responsibility.
