Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with general administrative tasks (e.g., office supply procurement, meal ordering, mail handling, book purchasing, and online course management).
- Supporting procurement and cashier duties (e.g., price inquiries, data entry, quotation management, and import operations).
- Helping with office maintenance (e.g., equipment maintenance, environmental cleanliness).
- Coordinating company events.
- Lifting heavy objects (e.g., lunch boxes, snacks, and beverages).
- Completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong execution skills.

- Attention to detail, responsibility, high work ethic, and a proactive attitude.
It would be advantageous if the ideal candidate has:
- Intermediate English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
