Dcard is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to support their Finance & Admin team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks (e.g., office supply procurement, meal ordering, mail handling, book purchasing, and online course management).
  • Supporting procurement and cashier duties (e.g., price inquiries, data entry, quotation management, and import operations).
  • Helping with office maintenance (e.g., equipment maintenance, environmental cleanliness).
  • Coordinating company events.
  • Lifting heavy objects (e.g., lunch boxes, snacks, and beverages).
  • Completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong execution skills.
  • Cross-departmental communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, high work ethic, and a proactive attitude.

It would be advantageous if the ideal candidate has:

  • Intermediate English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Previous administrative experience.
