• Brainstorm and develop creative and innovative content ideas.
• Write scripts from 0 to 1 quickly.
• Serve as a street interview host, generating engaging topics to uncover stories from the public.
• Partner with the business department to identify client needs and develop relevant themes and copy.
• Plan new program content, assessing feasibility, costs, and production timelines.
• Coordinate post-production schedules, convey modification requests, and manage the release schedule.
• Participate in on-screen filming for programs.

Requirements:

• Experience in planning and producing programs or online short videos.
• Ability to brainstorm highly discussed, creative, and innovative topics and quickly produce scripts.
• Meticulous, resilient, and possesses excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to capture the types of video content that young generations enjoy.
• Experience in managing social media, with a basic understanding of various indicator numbers.
• Problem-solving skills, able to anticipate or propose discussions before problems occur to ensure projects are implemented.
