The Talent Acquisition Partner will:

  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and hiring managers to understand team needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively identify and attract potential candidates through diverse channels.
  • Analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline and enhance employer brand through social media and other platforms.
  • Understand talent markets in Taiwan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong to support recruitment strategies.

Dcard is looking for someone who has:

  • At least 2 years of in-house HR experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting/Sourcing or recruitment marketing.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Values company culture and believes in the importance of people.
