The Talent Acquisition Partner will:
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and hiring managers to understand team needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Proactively identify and attract potential candidates through diverse channels.
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates.
- Build a talent pipeline and enhance employer brand through social media and other platforms.
- Understand talent markets in Taiwan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong to support recruitment strategies.
Dcard is looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years of in-house HR experience in Talent Acquisition.
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting/Sourcing or recruitment marketing.
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Values company culture and believes in the importance of people.
