AI Automation Specialist at Nansen.ai

Nansen is looking for an AI Automation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing internal AI agent tools that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations functions. He will build and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and provide business value across Nansen's revenue generating teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI agent tools to support cross-functional stakeholders
• Create AI solutions using low-code platforms
• Build tools that enable sales and marketing teams to leverage AI capabilities
• Integrate AI agents with internal systems
• Implement dashboards to track AI agent performance and business impact
• Collaborate with revenue team leaders to understand their workflows and pain points
• Test and refine AI agents based on user feedback from revenue teams
• Document how to use AI tools and create training materials for non-technical users
• Keep up with advancements in AI for sales and marketing applications
• Troubleshoot issues reported by revenue teams and improve AI tool functionality

Requirements:

• Experience with low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) and API integrations
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Braze)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with revenue teams
• 2-3 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing, or Sales (Nice to have)
• Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) (Nice to have)
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP and LLMs (Nice to have)
• Experience with business intelligence or analytics tools (Nice to have)
• Interest in prompt engineering and LLM optimization (Bonus)
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (Bonus)
