Job Description
Behavox is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to the development of user-centric features that enhance engagement and growth for consumer-focused products. The Product Manager will be responsible for refining existing features and creating innovative solutions that align with customer needs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight users and meet strategic business goals.What this role involves:- Building and refining features with a strong focus on user experience and customer needs.
- Applying a user-centric design approach to create features that drive engagement and business growth.
- Strategically developing and managing product roadmaps.
- Leading customer-facing presentations to showcase progress and vision.
- Owning backlog grooming and ensuring timely resolution of product issues.
- Collaborating closely with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Customer Success Managers to deliver seamless product solutions.
- A genuine passion for Behavox’s mission, market, and technology.
- 3+ years of experience building B2C or end-user facing products, having successfully completed at least one full product lifecycle.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
- Proven ability to execute, solve problems, and deliver compelling presentations to customers.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills, demonstrated in collaboration across engineering, design, and data science teams.
- Expertise in user research and analysis, applied in mission-driven environments to drive product development and innovation.
