Job Description

Behavox is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to building intuitive, user-centric features that drive engagement and growth for consumer-focused products. The Product Manager will be responsible for refining existing features and delivering innovative solutions that align with customer needs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create products that delight users and meet strategic business goals.What this role involves:

• Building and refining features with a strong focus on user experience and customer needs.
• Applying a user-centric design approach to create features that drive engagement and business growth.
• Developing and managing product roadmaps, leading customer-facing presentations to showcase progress and vision.
• Owning backlog grooming and ensuring timely resolution of product issues.
• Collaborating with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Customer Success Managers to deliver seamless product solutions.

• Strong communication and prioritization skills, demonstrated in collaboration across engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Expertise in user research and analysis, applied in mission-driven environments to drive product development and innovation.
