Senior Product Manager (P&I)

Job Description

Behavox is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build core platform components that power its flagship products. The role involves driving business growth with new and existing clients by developing robust, scalable building blocks. The Senior Product Manager will have the freedom to innovate and continuously evolve solutions.Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee unified data ingestion, processing, and integration systems across products.
• Understand User Personas and translate user insights into actionable product requirements and improvements.
• Define and drive the vision for our core platform, ensuring it scales with our evolving product suite.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to transform internal needs into actionable solutions by prioritizing user needs and handling conflicts for efficient product execution.
• Clearly articulate strategy and performance to technical teams and senior stakeholders, securing alignment and buy-in.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience steering a full product development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field (preferred).
• Expertise in developing unified platforms for data ingestion, processing, and integration across diverse products.
• Strong skills in collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling, highly-effective presentations to drive consensus and clarity.
