StockX is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to join their team in Bangalore, India. In this hybrid role, the Payroll Analyst will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the company's global team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in global payroll processing.StockX is a Detroit-based technology leader focused on the online market for sneakers, apparel, accessories, electronics, collectibles, trading cards, and more. StockX's platform connects buyers and sellers of high-demand consumer goods from around the world using dynamic pricing mechanics.What this role involves:

• Processing payroll from multiple countries from end to end.
• Prioritizing payroll processing according to approved calendars and deadlines.
• Auditing gross to net payroll inputs, researching, and correcting discrepancies.
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure accuracy in calculations and compliance.
• Working on payroll problems of moderate scope.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience processing global payroll for multiple countries in EMEA and APAC.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Integrity and a desire to do what’s right.
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Experience managing vendors and working with multiple stakeholders.
