Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join its Finance team. This role is responsible for managing the purchasing policy and processes within Everlaw. The Senior Procurement Specialist will work with multiple teams to enforce corporate policies, ensuring efficient vendor review, selection, and management. Reporting to the Controller, this position offers the opportunity to develop a company-wide purchasing workflow as Everlaw grows.
Role Involves:
- Leading the procurement function to ensure compliance.
- Evaluating current processes and tools for procurement management.
- Managing the Procurement function at Everlaw.
- Overseeing Everlaw’s purchasing policy.
- Supporting new vendor sourcing initiatives.
- Leading vendor review syncs with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal business partners in vendor selection.
- Conducting pricing analysis and negotiations.
- Managing Procurement Operations.
- Tracking and reporting procurement performance metrics.
- Managing addressable vendor spend via purchase orders.
- Collaborating on budget planning and forecasting of vendor spend.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of progressive procurement experience.
- Strong communications skills.
- Experience establishing or improving a procurement function.
- Collaborative work style and cross-functional ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven with knowledge of data analysis.
- Proven track record of process improvement.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
