Job Description
Alpaca, a US-based brokerage infrastructure technology company, is seeking a Trading Execution Specialist to support enterprise-level clients in the APAC region. The role involves providing high-quality support related to order entry, execution, and FIX sessions. The candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively monitoring trading activity and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and offer market insights. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and gathering client feedback for service enhancement are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support to enterprise-level clients in Japan and the APAC region.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to account management, order entry, processing, execution, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their operational needs and priorities.
- Monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies, providing timely alerts and support.
- Ensure all client interactions and trading-related activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collect client feedback and share insights with product development and management teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, clearing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer support, relationship management, and trading services.
- Experience with trading platforms and equities trading, and familiarity with FIX protocol.
- Must possess the JSDA Sales Representative Class 1 qualification or acquire it within 3 months after the hire date.
- Excellent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills.
