Job Description

Alpaca, a US California-headquartered brokerage infrastructure technology company, is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager. The Growth Marketing Manager will own the company's growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, collaborating with product and sales teams to support launches and go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of acquisition and lifecycle, driving both user growth and product adoption.

This role requires adaptability, data-savviness, and a passion for Alpaca's mission to open financial services to everyone on the planet. The Marketing team is 100% distributed and remote, and this role reports directly to the Marketing Director.

What this role involves:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies.
  • Owning marketing campaign execution from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborating with the product marketing team to support GTM strategy.
  • Conducting A/B testing to maximize conversion rates.
  • Designing and implementing data-driven lifecycle campaigns.
  • Tracking and optimizing key performance metrics.
  • Providing regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a product-led SaaS startup environment.
  • Proven success in scaling user acquisition through paid, organic, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Experience building and refining multi-segment B2C and B2B funnels.
  • Experience in collaborative product launches and GTM execution.
  • Strong interest in marketing to technical and finance-savvy audiences.
  • Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
