Clariti is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team and empower governments to deliver exceptional citizen experiences. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the Implementation Consultant will translate business requirements into solution configuration and be an expert communicator and presenter. The Implementation Consultant will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:
Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements.
Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications.
Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform to propose solutions.
Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti solution to propose solutions to customer business requirements.
Communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams.
Support the SI partner and/or Clariti teams to deliver capabilities.
Serve as the Clariti software expert for one or more clients.
Support customers, partners, and Clariti teams during all phases of implementation projects.
Work collaboratively with all project team members and stakeholders.
Contribute positively to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms.
Requirements:
4+ years of comparable work experience.
Experience as a lead, BA or consultant in implementation or configuration projects with Salesforce.
Able to interpret user requirements from current state to future state based on customer interviews.
Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months from the date of hire.
Experience leading implementations with clients or working with partners/system integrators.
Experience working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment.
Expert communicator with stakeholders from all levels of an organization.
