Job Description
OfferFit, founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs and backed by Silicon Valley VCs, is seeking an AI Success Director. This individual contributor role is crucial for ensuring customer success with OfferFit's AI decisioning engine. The AI Success Director will collaborate with internal and external teams to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions. They will oversee the design and execution of OfferFit use cases, identify future opportunities, and manage executive-level relationships. This role also involves contributing to product development and acting as the voice of the customer.Role involves:
- Quarterbacking OfferFit teams for customer success
- Advising customer executives
- Conducting data analysis and presentations
- Communicating customer insights
- Developing understanding of customer business context
- Driving renewals and upsell opportunities
- Communicating customer needs to product and marketing teams
Requirements:
