OfferFit is seeking a Customer Success Director to ensure customers are successful with the product. This is an individual contributor role that requires collaboration with internal and external teams to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions. This person will oversee the design and execution of OfferFit use cases, work with customers to identify future use cases, and manage executive-level relationships.
Responsibilities: - Quarterbacking OfferFit teams to ensure customer success.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to customer executives.
- Conducting analysis and delivering data-driven presentations.
- Synthesizing and communicating stories based on customer insights.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer business context.
- Driving renewals and upsell opportunities with the sales team.
- Communicating customer needs to product and marketing teams.
