Job Description
OfferFit, founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, is seeking a Field Data Scientist to join their forward-deployed AI engineering team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers to ensure their success with OfferFit's AI decisioning engine. This role involves working with leading brands and contributing to the company's product strategy and roadmap.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with customer analytics/BI teams on use case setups.
- Extending product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines and APIs.
- Working closely with the Applied Science team to improve self-learning algorithms.
- Participating in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
- Exceptional coding skills with clean, object-oriented code.
- Experience exploring and learning new technologies and methods.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive identification of opportunities and risks.
- Structured and organized approach to planning and execution.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to fully overlap and support North America time zones.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Up to 10-15% travel for team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events.
