Job Description
OfferFit, founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, is seeking a Field Data Scientist to join their forward-deployed AI engineering team. This role involves collaborating with customers to ensure their success with OfferFit's AI decisioning engine. The Field Data Scientist will work with customer analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on use case setups, extend product capabilities by developing reusable data pipelines and APIs, work with the Applied Science team to improve self-learning algorithms, and participate in determining product strategy and roadmap.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with customer analytics/BI teams on use case setups.
- Extending product capabilities by improving architecture.
- Developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components.
- Working with the Applied Science team to improve self-learning algorithms.
- Participating in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
- Exceptional coding skills with clean, object-oriented code.
- Experience exploring and learning new technologies and methods.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and improve processes.
- Structured and organized approach to planning and execution.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to fully overlap and support North America time zones.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
