Manager, Machine Learning Engagement Management

Job Description

OfferFit is seeking a Manager, ML Engagement Management to join its Implementation team. The company was founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs and is funded by leading Silicon Valley VCs. OfferFit’s AI decisioning engine supports 1:1 personalization for lifecycle marketing campaigns, powered by reinforcement learning AI.

The Manager, ML Engagement Management will own all phases of program execution for designing, configuring, and expanding OfferFit use cases. They will also develop relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure program success.

The role involves:

• Owning all phases of OfferFit use case delivery
• Running design sessions with customers
• Championing project management excellence
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
• Communicating customer needs to product teams
• Participating in determining product strategy
