Senior Data Scientist (Staff)

Job Description

OfferFit, founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to optimize the performance of deployed product models. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers to ensure their success with OfferFit's AI decisioning engine. This role involves working on 1:1 personalization for lifecycle marketing campaigns, powered by reinforcement learning AI.In this role, the Senior Data Scientist will:

• Take a leading role in the optimization and troubleshooting of live Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML models.
• Analyze and improve OfferFit's Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML algorithms.
• Create new custom diagnostic tests and analyses to support OfferFit's Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML algorithms.

OfferFit requires:

• 5+ years in industry Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Experience with deployed prediction applications in the consumer space (churn, fraud, etc.).
• Solid coding skills and a passion for good design.
• Ability to think deeply about data and rigorously analyze the impact of interventions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English.
