Job Description
OfferFit is seeking a Sr. AI Success Manager to join their AI Success team. This individual contributor role will focus on ensuring customer success with OfferFit's product, driving renewals, upsells, and expansions. The Sr. AI Success Manager will collaborate with internal and external teams, oversee the design and execution of use cases, identify future use cases, and manage executive-level relationships. They will also contribute to product development and act as the voice of the customer.Role involves:
- Building relationships across customer organizations
- Driving the success of AI use cases
- Driving renewals & upsell opportunities
- Guiding customers in maximizing business value
- Conducting analyses and providing data-driven presentations
- Communicating customer needs to product & marketing teams
