Senior AI Solutions Architect (Reinforcement Learning)

Job Description

OfferFit is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to work with the sales team and enterprise customers. This role involves educating clients on the product, running proofs-of-concept, and leading technical discussions. The candidate will develop consultative relationships with stakeholders.OfferFit's AI decisioning engine supports 1:1 personalization for lifecycle marketing campaigns, powered by reinforcement learning AI. This allows marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before.Responsibilities:

• Represent OfferFit’s product and capabilities to top prospects.
• Lead technical discussions on data science and answer technical questions.
• Execute demos and proof of concepts, including facilitating integration and delivering results & insights.
• Serve as a primary instructor for AI Academy programs.
• Serve as a thought leader, evangelizing the benefits of AI testing & reinforcement learning.
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve OfferFit’s products and materials.
• Support team members to develop expertise and inform product development.

Requirements:

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Solid grasp of machine learning familiar with reinforcement learning
