Dermalogica is seeking a Business Account Manager for Arnotts in Dublin. This role involves coaching and mentoring a sales team, growing market share, ensuring customer service excellence, and preventing churn. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM reporting and data analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising, listening to, and connecting with customers.
- Creating personalized customer experiences.
- Setting up skincare programs comprising treatment and homecare.
- Driving retail growth through team motivation and event ideas.
- Exceeding location targets and KPIs.
- Performing services to the highest standard.
- Assisting with on-counter training.
- Maintaining grooming standards.
Requirements:
- Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals.
- At least 2 years of management experience, ideally in retail.
- Outgoing and creative thinker.
- Passion for skin health.
