Job Description
Dermalogica is seeking a Business Account Manager for Arnotts in Dublin. This role involves coaching and mentoring a sales team, growing market share, ensuring customer service excellence, and preventing churn. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM reporting and data analysis.
Responsibilities include:
  • Advising, listening to, and connecting with customers.
  • Creating personalized customer experiences.
  • Setting up skincare programs comprising treatment and homecare.
  • Driving retail growth through team motivation and event ideas.
  • Exceeding location targets and KPIs.
  • Performing services to the highest standard.
  • Assisting with on-counter training.
  • Maintaining grooming standards.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, ideally in retail.
  • Outgoing and creative thinker.
  • Passion for skin health.
