Dermalogica, the number one professional skincare brand globally, is seeking a Retail Skin Therapist to join their team in Belfast. This role is for someone passionate about empowering customers to achieve skin confidence through education, personalization, and human touch. The Retail Skin Therapist will be at the heart of delivering results in Dermalogica's stores and counters, providing exceptional customer service and personalized consultations.

The Skin Therapist will guide customers through their skincare journey, offering advice, attentive listening, and building connections at every interaction. They will design personalized experiences aiming to ensure customers develop a deep affinity for their skincare journey. This involves crafting skincare programs combining treatments and homecare routines to help customers achieve their goals. The therapist will partner with customers, providing expertise and product recommendations, as well as manage targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising, listening, and connecting with customers.
• Performing treatments and setting up skin care programs.
• Educating customers about homecare routines.
• Taking ownership of monthly targets.
• Performing Face Mapping and counter duties.
• Maintaining the treatment area and stocking shelves.

Requirements:

• Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (essential).
• Ideally Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, which must include Microneedling and Chemical Peels (Dermalogica will fund if not held)
• Sales Advisor experience.
• Outgoing, creative thinker.
• Passion for skin health.
