Job Description
iBanFirst is seeking an FX Account Manager to join their team in Budapest. This role involves managing client relationships, providing expert advice on market developments, and developing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be a negotiator with strong analytical skills and a passion for the forex market.

Role Involves:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients after initial onboarding.
  • Initiating and executing cross-sell and upsell strategies to grow the portfolio.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Management team to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Optimizing international payments, FX exposure, and hedging strategies for clients.
  • Analyzing companies' currency risk management and raising awareness on currency issues.
  • Assisting clients in understanding and utilizing the platform's features.
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it within the organization.

Requirements:
  • Very good knowledge of the FX market.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Team player.
