iBanFirst is seeking an FX Account Manager to join their team in Budapest. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships, and providing expert guidance on FX strategies. The FX Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients after they've been introduced to the platform, ensuring their satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring portfolio growth through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Conducting face-to-face client meetings.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Management team.
  • Optimizing international payments and FX exposure strategies.
  • Analyzing companies' currency risk management.
  • Raising awareness and supporting clients on currency issues.
  • Helping clients understand and utilize platform features.
  • Addressing clients' daily needs and collecting feedback.

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of the FX market.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Team player.
