iBanFirst is seeking a Junior FX Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them in regaining control of their payment processes and providing insights into the FX market. This role involves educating customers about currencies, rates, hedging, and efficient implementation strategies to reduce risks and build trust.

The Junior FX Sales Executive will work with innovative technology and solutions. This person will translate iBanFirst's products into optimal solutions based on customer needs, offering insights into exchange rates and multi-currency payments to strengthen their international presence.

The role involves acting as a sparring partner, handling lead generation, prospecting, deal closing, and onboarding. Building a strong network and FX market knowledge is crucial for helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
  • Building a strong network and deep knowledge of the FX market.
  • Responding to customer needs and offering solutions.

Requirements:

  • Affinity with the financial sector and the FX market
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business / Finance
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication skills and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Courage to conquer the Romanian market
