iBanFirst is seeking a Junior FX Sales Representative to join their team in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, mainly through cold calling, to identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and build long-term relationships. He will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while developing expertise in the FX market and offering tailored solutions to clients.Responsibilities include:
  • Cold Calling: Generate new business, targeting potential clients in need of FX solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a strategic partner, understanding needs and translating solutions into recommendations.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Market Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the FX market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
Requirements include:
  • Strong affinity with the financial sector and a solid grasp of the FX market dynamics.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales roles, preferably within financial services or FX markets.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with expertise in business and strong analytical abilities.
