iBanFirst is seeking a Senior FX Sales professional to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for fintech, and a deep understanding of FX markets.He/She will be responsible for researching prospective clients, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets. The Senior FX Sales will stay informed about FX markets and economic trends, and meet activity and sales targets.
Responsibilities: - Research prospective clients to assess their business needs.
- Focus on tech-based solutions to address client requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate internally, particularly with the dealing team.
- Stay informed about FX markets and economic trends that affect corporate finance.
- Meet weekly and monthly activity and sales targets.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Proficient with technology and its application in corporate FX functions.
- Strong sales techniques, including persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, in-person).
- In-depth knowledge of FX spot/forward products and treasury services.
- Clear understanding of risk management principles.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks.
