Brightflag, a fast-growing legal tech company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by sourcing and closing new business deals. The Account Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong client relationships and help customers recognize the full value of Brightflag’s solutions. This role involves working closely with marketing and sales development teams, building relationships with key stakeholders, navigating complex sales environments, and engaging with enterprise prospects.
  • Identifying new opportunities and ensuring a strong pipeline.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Positioning Brightflag’s unique value proposition.
  • Collaborating with Sales Engineers to tailor solutions.
  • Identifying business process gaps and demonstrating how Brightflag solves them.
  • Participating in team summits, conferences, and client meetings.
To be successful, candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven ability to exceed seven-figure annual sales quotas. Experience selling to finance, legal, or procurement teams is highly desirable. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.
  • 3+ years experience in an Enterprise SaaS sales position
  • Experience selling a SaaS product to in house legal counsel
  • Proven ability to exceed seven-figure annual sales quotas
  • Experience selling six-figure SaaS deals in 6+ month sales cycles
  • Strong background in selling to finance, legal, or procurement teams
  • Technical aptitude and experience working alongside Sales Engineers
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate complex enterprise structures
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 base plus commission.
