Enforce, part of the BTG Pactual Group, is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join their team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming devalued assets in the credit and real estate market.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building credit recovery theses and mechanisms to price acquisition targets.
• Presenting legal theses to Investment Committees of Enforce and BTG Pactual.
• Maintaining relationships with counterparties and service providers throughout the investment stages.
• Interacting with other areas of the BTG Group to foster cross-selling and generate opportunities.
• Supporting legal leadership in enhancing Enforce's technological resources (AI, Systems, Scalability, Projects, etc.).
• Conducting legal analysis of highly complex judicial processes, assessing risks and strategies.
• Ensure that goals and KPIs generated for the cell meet expectations.

Requirements:

• Complete Law degree.
• Desirable Master's degree in Tax Law.
• Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure and Administrative Law.
• Specific knowledge in tax enforcement, foreclosures, anti-tax lawsuits, caution lawsuits.
• Public Finance Law is desired.
