The role of Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst PL involves:

• Performing market analyses to identify real estate investment opportunities.
• Managing the current property portfolio, monitoring financial and operational performance.
• Evaluating and recommending strategies to optimize return on investment (ROI).
• Collecting and analyzing relevant economic and financial data for decision making.
• Preparing periodic portfolio performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring real estate market trends and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborating with other teams, such as legal and finance, to ensure compliance and efficiency in processes.

Requirements for the role include:

• Academic background in Civil Engineering, Economics, Administration or related areas.
• Previous experience in real estate market investments.
• Knowledge in financial analysis and investment modeling.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
