Role involves:

• Improving processes and communication between business areas (NPL management) and support areas.
• Mapping and analyzing administrative processes.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement/automation of workflows.
• Monitoring and reporting internal flows to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
